As a soak: Add 1/2 to 1 cup of salt to warm bath water. Mix well to help dissolve! More salt can be added as desired. As a body scrub: Add a sprinkle of salt to one tbsp of your favourite body wash. Mix together for gentle exfoliation. As a foot soak: Add 1/2 to 1 cup of salt to a small basin or foot bath of warm water. Clean up: Any leftover oil or colour can be easily cleaned with a wet soapy cloth.
