Our bath products are made to order and most can be adjusted to remove common fragrance allergens. Please contact us with your concerns prior to ordering so we can create a custom plan for your needs!

Our bath products are carefully formulated for stain prevention and easy clean up. Any leftover colours and oils can be removed with a warm soapy cloth.

We recommend storing your items in a cool, dry place until you are ready to use them. To help preserve their fragrance, keep them wrapped or sealed, and use by the date printed on the packaging.

All Loft & Legend bath products are intended for external use only! If accidental ingestion occurs, it is advised to seek medical attention or call your local poison control services.

Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
International orders are shipped via FedEx services with tracking. Delivery times vary by location and may be subject to additional wait times due to customs processing.

While we cannot accept returns on bath products due to their sensitive-use nature, we may instead offer replacements or refunds as appropriate.
