Loft & Legend bath products are made to order and most can be adjusted to remove common fragrance allergens. Please contact me with your concerns prior to ordering so I can create a custom plan for your needs!

Loft & Legend bath products are carefully formulated for stain prevention and easy clean up. Any leftover colours and oils can be removed with a warm soapy cloth.

It is recommended to store your items in a cool, dry place until you are ready to use them. To help preserve their fragrance, keep them wrapped or sealed, and use by the date printed on the packaging.

All Loft & Legend bath products are intended for external use only! If accidental ingestion occurs, it is advised to seek medical attention or call your local poison control services.

Pricing for custom orders is based on the overall complexity of your request; discounts may be available for bulk requests to help equip your whole party!

Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
International orders are shipped via FedEx services with tracking. Delivery times vary by location and may be subject to additional wait times due to customs processing.

I strive to ensure the best experience for every order but accidents can happen. If you do experience any issues with your items, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right for you! While Loft & Legend cannot accept returns on bath products due to their sensitive-use nature, you may instead be offered replacements or refunds as appropriate.
