Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

If there is an issue with your item upon receipt, please contact us. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

 

Refunds 
If you are issued a refund, your original payment amount will be returned to your original payment method. This can take 2-5 business days to appear in your statements, depending on your financial institution. You can contact your bank for more details.

If more than 6 business days go by and you still do not see your refund, please contact us with your order information, and we will take a look!


Replacements
If you are offered a replacement item, it will be sent at no cost to you. Tracking information will be provided.
